ABOUT Jack L. Shotbolt

Jack has a wealth of experience in the broker space as the owner of Shotbolt Mortgage Corporation, a residential mortgage brokerage, and formally the President of The Private Mortgage Group.  Prior to owning his own companies, Jack was a Regional Manager with two of the top lending institutions in the country where he covered a variety of states in the Midwest. With 30 years of finance experience, Jack prides himself on finding a way to take the most challenging situations and make them simple. 
As a seasoned business owner, Jack understands the challenges many investors, and self-employed professionals face in today’s finance world.  He works tirelessly to assist his clients in finding the solutions that will help their companies thrive.
Jack resides in Omaha Nebraska, where he and his wife Denise share five children. When not working hard for his clients, he enjoys traveling, concerts of all genres, and cheering for the “Big Red”. 

ABOUT Tammy S. Ernst

Tammy is an experienced Lending Professional, with over 25 years of experience in all arenas of lending to include: transportation, home equity, leasing, small business, residential, agricultural, and commercial.  During her career she has gained valuable experience in underwriting, processing, managing and closing – enabling her to be an efficient problem solver, and to provide you with regular, up-to-date status updates, and a smooth path to closing.
Tammy’s hard work ethic and deep knowledge allows her to be a leader in the marketplace. Her tenacity and knowledge allow her to concentrate on the placement and structuring of a client’s file to obtain solutions that fulfill the clients goals.  She consistently furthers her education, and obtains certification to broaden her expertise all while staying connected on the current market place to best serve her clients.
